By accessing or using DigitalProductDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Description of Service
DigitalProductDrop is an AI-powered platform that generates sell-ready digital product bundles based on your input. Each bundle includes a PDF guide, marketing text assets, and optional promotional images depending on your chosen tier.
3. Permitted Use
You may use DigitalProductDrop for both personal and commercial purposes. The digital products you generate are yours to sell, distribute, or use as you see fit. You own the outputs created for you.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, white-label, or redistribute access to the DigitalProductDrop tool itself. You may not use the platform to generate content that violates any law, infringes intellectual property rights, or promotes illegal activities. Outputs are yours — the tool is not.
5. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are one-time charges. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery, we do not offer refunds once a product has been generated or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All digital products generated through DigitalProductDrop are transferred to you upon successful payment. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your outputs. DigitalProductDrop retains ownership of the platform, branding, and underlying technology.
7. Disclaimer
DigitalProductDrop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or sales from using our products. Your success depends on your own effort, marketing, and market conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JackDoesDigital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
